1. A booking is confirmed when the booking form, acceptance of these terms and conditions and a non-refundable deposit
of £100 GBP are received.

The balance due for the rental period must
be paid no less than eight weeks before the date of arrival of the tenant(s). Any delay may result in cancellation of the
booking.
3.
In the event that the booking is made during
the eight weeks preceding the arrival of the tenant, the total rental charge is payable upon acceptance of the booking.
4.
A security deposit of £100 GBP is required
to cover any damage or loss during the rental period. An inventory will be made before the guest’s departure and should
everything be in order the deposit will be returned upon departure.
5.
Any cancellation on the part of the tenants
must be made by notifying us in good time. Should a cancellation be necessary,
the deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation is made after the balance has been paid, the full amount will be lost.
We strongly advise the purchase of holiday travel insurance as soon as the booking is confirmed, which should cover any cancellations
for reasons beyond control. In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit will be returned to the client.
6.
The tenant undertakes to allow maintenance
personnel, cleaning staff and the owners reasonable access to the property rented for the purposes of repair and maintenance.
7.
Guests should arrive on the first day of
rental after 1500 hours and must vacate the property on their departure date no later than 1100 hours. In the event of a late
arrival, advance notification should be given.
8.
The tenants will be responsible for maintaining
the property, furniture, furnishings, fittings and equipment in the same position and the same state as they were found on
arrival. We ask that you are respectful and considerate to other tenants - noise levels should be kept to a minimum. Smoking
is not permitted within the apartment.
9.
The tenants are responsible for the loss
of damage of any items made available as part of the tenancy. If the cost of the repair or replacement exceeds the damage
deposit paid, the tenant remains liable for the difference between the security deposit and the total cost of repair.
10. The owner cannot be held responsible during the holiday rental period for: a) loss or theft of property belonging
to the tenants, b) death or injury to the tenants, c) any impediment caused to full enjoyment of the property and facilities
resulting from force majeure, storms, fire, accident, warfare, strikes, governmental or administrative decisions etc.
11. Any legal problems shall be dealt with under the jurisdiction of the laws of England & Wales.
12.
It is strongly recommended that your stay
is covered by holiday insurance.
13. Rental charges are inclusive of heating charges and maid services.
